1. Delivery and payment

Payment by credit card, PayPal only.

Please make sure your shipping address registered at PayPal is correct. Additional re-sending fee due to the incorrect address will additionally be charged on your account.
Shipped from Tokyo, Japan to worldwide.
Shipment is on every Monday and Thursday.
Shipment by registered small packet by Japan post. If you require express service, EMS by Japan post , please contact us.
In case the package is loss, we are unable to reimburse or replace the goods. EMS offers insurance up to certain amount of value, so please contact us.
Shipping costs will not be returned in any case and return-shipping cost is paid by the customer.
The delivery might take longer than expected due to bad weather or natural disaster

2. CUSTOMS & TAX

Please note that you or your recipient is responsible for customs fee and tax assessed in your county.
The price shown on our site includes consumption tax in Japan.
No tax-refund service is available.

3. CANCELLATION

If your ordered goods are not yet shipped out, cancellation is possible. Please contact us to info@quilt-kuroha.com with subject title of ‘CANCELLATION’.

If you find damages or defects on the products, please contact us within 7 days after you received to info@quilt-kuroha.com with subject title of “REFUND or EXCHANGE”.

4. INVENTORY in STOCK

Please note that products sold online is also offered at our shop in Tokyo. Therefore, in case your purchased products are already sold out at the shop, we will inform you about it and proceed with refund.
