DELIVERY

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Additional re-sending fee due to the incorrect address will additionally be charged on your account.
• Shipped from Tokyo, Japan to worldwide.
• Shipment is on every Monday and Thursday.
• Shipment by registered small packet by Japan post. If you require express service, EMS by Japan post , please contact us.
• In case the package is loss, we are unable to reimburse or replace the goods. EMS offers insurance up to certain amount of value, so please contact us.
• Shipping costs will not be returned in any case and return-shipping cost is paid by the customer.
• The delivery might take longer than expected due to bad weather or natural disaster.
